Faculty Elections 2024 - Nominee Form

A Fellow desirous of a seat on the Board shall within 21 days of the date of this notice transmit or deliver to the Dean of the Faculty on or before 5pm on 14th June 2024 notice signed by him/herself in the following terms.  Please note the closing date will be strictly adhered to.

NOTE: Each nominee submission must be supported by two nomination submissions.
