Networking Reception

A networking reception will be held on Thursday, September 26th in Radisson Blu Golden Lane from 18:00 - 20:00. The reception is covered in the conference rate. 

Conference Dinner

The Honorary Conferring and Black Tie Dinner will be held after the conference on Friday, September 27th at RCSI. Tickets are €85 each. Please make sure at the time of registering to list the names of who will be holding the tickets as well as any dietary requirements you may have. 

Dinner registration can only be done online until September 22nd. There is no option to register for the black-tie dinner after this date.

Registration policy

Numbers for the meeting will be limited and we cannot guarantee places will be available on the day so we recommend you register in advance. Please note that payment must be made at time of registration, and we cannot reserve places.

Online registrations will be accepted until Sunday September 22nd. After that date, registration will be in person at the conference venue only, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants withdrawing after August 26th will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be granted for cancellations made after September 18th.

Accommodation

RCSI Travel may be able to offer help in seeking accommodation in Dublin during the time of the conference. Please email travel@rcsi.ie for hotel accommodation subject to availability.
