The Spring Meeting will be held at the Merchant Hotel in Belfast from April 4th to April 5th. 

Early Registration Rate (until March 8th): €160
Late Registration Rate (from March 9th): €190

Conference Dinner

Drinks reception and gourmet dinner on Thursday 4^th April in Belfast City Hall. Final numbers for City Hall must be given by 27^th March. If you wish to attend the conference dinner please book prior to 27^th March. You can register for dinner by clicking "Add More" when registering for the conference. 

Registration policy

Numbers for the meeting will be limited and we cannot guarantee places will be available on the day so we recommend you register in advance. Please note that payment must be made at time of registration, and we cannot reserve places.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be available for cancellations up to and including the 18^th March. Cancellations made up to and including the 26^th March will be entitled to a 50% refund.  For cancellations after that date, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund.  No refund for dinner can be given after 26th March.

Accommodation                                    

Please note that all accommodation enquiries must be directed to the hotel. We have a limited number of rooms held at the The Merchant Hotel for the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night at the following B&B rates per night:

Single room Wednesday night    £155      

Single room Thursday night         £195      

Single room Friday night               £210      

Please note there is a £10 supplement for double occupancy.

Please be advised that the booking must be made directly with The Merchant Hotel, and to avail of this negotiated rate, please provide the booking office with the name of the conference.  Rooms will be released on 15^th March 2019.
